b. Taking a step toward it.
c. Then taking another step.
d. Facing an obstacle, a big ugly hairy scary mean monster that tries to stare you down and scare you off, and deciding that you’re going to keep going anyway.
e. Stumbling and making mistakes and adjusting direction here and there and learning and gathering knowledge and gaining skills and experiencing failure but holding on to that progress, and continuing to take one step after another.
f. Commitment seems like a big deal, but it always ends up being just one small action you take right now. You can’t live in future commitment, and you’re already done the work of past commitment. You can only take one action at a time, right now, for your present commitment.
