THE POWER OF THE PRANAYAMA YOGA
There is no success without purification of the Nadis, and there is no purification of the Nadis without Pranayama.
The Brahma (God of Creation), devotes himself to the practice of Pranayama, and is free from the fear of death.
When Prana goes through the Sushumna, the mind becomes one-pointed. This is called Unmani Avastha (the steadiness of the mind).

THE DOCTRINE OF RELATIVITY
He looks back into the past, and does not grieve over what is far off, nor rejoice over what is near; for he knows that time is without end. He investigates fulness and decay, and does not rejoice if he succeeds, nor lament if he fails; for he knows that conditions are not invariable. He who clearly apprehends the scheme of existence does not rejoice over life, nor repine at death; for he knows that terms are not final.
We may indeed have a personal wisdom, but spiritual vision is not to speak of as ours any more than we can say at the rising of the sun: “This glory is mine.”
